07-Day Return Policy

We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 07-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with packing (if any), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at 03265359393. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as spices) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa. Please note that it may take some time to process your request.
